What happens when you order on-line?
a). On receipt of your payment we send you an official Basic Disclosure application form /s, an applicants consent form /s and step by step guide (We post these to you immediately by Mail).
b). Please complete the application form and the applicant's consent form and return them to us. (The information we send you includes our full address)
c). On receipt of your completed application and consent forms we check them for accuracy, process them through the official channels and send the Basic Disclosure Certificate back to you along with your receipt of payment.
Who will receive the Disclosure?
The CRB issue one copy of a Basic Disclosure. We send it to the person who requested it (the employer or the applicant).
How long does it take?
From our receipt of your completed form to you actually receiving the Basic Disclosure Certificate at your address is between 12 and 16 days (95% are completed in 12 days).
Will I be able to check the progress of my application?
Yes! You can phone or E-mail us at anytime to check the progress or ask us any questions.
