What Happens Next?
1). Once we have your details entered onto our system we Email you a confirmation, usually the same working day.
The confirmation will include details of how to make your payment.
2). When you have received the confirmation please phone us to make your payment via credit or debit card (Note: We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards except American Express).
3). On receipt of your payment we send you an Official Basic Disclosure application form and step by step guide (We post these to you immediately).
4). Please complete the Basic Disclosure application form and return it to us. (The information we send you includes our full address)
5). On receipt of your completed Basic Disclosure application form we check it for accuracy, process it through the official channels and send the Basic Disclosure Certificate back to you along with your receipt of payment.
How long does it take?
From our receipt of your completed Basic Disclosure application form to you actually receiving the Basic Disclosure Certificate at your address is between 12 and 16 days (95% are completed in 12 days).
