What happens when I order by telephone?
- We take your full name, address, phone number and credit / debit card details.
- We then send you an official Basic Disclosure Application Form and a guide on how to fill it in.
- When you've completed the form, simply return it to us.
- We check your form for accuracy and forward your application to the CRB by special delivery so they can start processing it by noon the following day.
- As soon as your application has been processed your Disclosure Certificate will be on it's way to you!
How long does it take?
From our receipt of your completed Basic Disclosure application form to you actually receiving the Basic Disclosure Certificate at your address is between 12 and 16 days (95% are completed in 12 days).
Will I be able to check the progress of my application?
Yes! You can phone or E-mail us at anytime to check the progress or ask us any questions.
