What happens when I order by Order Form?

1). Complete the order form and post it to us.

2). On receipt of your order form and payment we send you an official Basic Disclosure application form and step by step guide. (We post these to you immediately by mail).

3). Please complete the Basic Disclosure application form and return it to us. (The information we send you includes our full address)

4). On receipt of your completed Basic Disclosure application form we check it for accuracy, process it through the official channels and send the Basic Disclosure Certificate back to you.

How long does it take?

From our receipt of your completed Basic Disclosure application form to you actually receiving the Basic Disclosure Certificate at your address is between 12 and 16 days (95% are completed in 12 days).
