Individuals
If your employer, or agency has asked you to contact us for a CRB Disclosure, and they have an arrangement in place for us to process disclosures for them, then simply phone us and we’ll explain the process: Contact Page
Otherwise, you must apply for a disclosure through an employer or agency. This is because two copies of a disclosure are issued – one to the applicant and one to the employer. Someone other than yourself must receive the employers copy. If someone has agreed to receive the employer’s copy, then call us: Contact Page
