How to apply for Disclosures:

We will answer your queries, collect some information and send you an information pack.
Information Pack
We send you an information pack which includes :
· Disclosure Application Forms
· Applicants Guides to completing forms and providing ID documents
· CRB Code of Practice for Recipients of Disclosure Information
· Service Agreement
You then have everything you need to start an application for a CRB Disclosure.
Individuals
If your employer, or agency has asked to contact us for a CRB Disclosure, and they have an arrangement in place for us to process disclosure for them, then just phone us and we’ll explain the process: Contact Page
Otherwise, you must apply for a disclosure through an employer or agency. This is because two copies of a disclosure are issued – one to the applicant and one to the employer. Someone other than yourself must receive the employers copy. If someone has agreed to receive the employer’s copy, then call us: Contact Page
