Disclosures - How to apply for CRB disclosures with Access Personal Checking Services. APCS is registered with the Criminal Records Bureau as an independent umbrella body. We process disclosures on behalf of organisations throughout the UK

How to apply for Disclosures:

Employers

Initial Discussion

We will answer your queries, collect some information and send you an information pack.

Information Pack

We send you an information pack which includes :

· Disclosure Application Forms
· Applicants Guides to completing forms and providing ID documents
· CRB Code of Practice for Recipients of Disclosure Information
· Service Agreement

You then have everything you need to start an application for a CRB Disclosure.

Individuals

If your employer, or agency has asked to contact us for a CRB Disclosure, and they have an arrangement in place for us to process disclosure for them, then just phone us and we’ll explain the process. Help Desk Team Contact Page

Otherwise, you must apply for a disclosure through an employer or agency. This is because two copies of a disclosure are issued – one to the applicant and one to the employer. And someone other than yourself must receive the employers copy. If someone has agreed to receive the employer’s copy, then call us. Help Desk Team Contact Page
