Access Personal Checking Services is independently run and its sole business is obtaining disclosure information from the Criminal Records Bureau on behalf of other organisations.
Information provided during the course of a disclosure application will not be passed on to any third party.
Application forms received by APCS from employers are sent directly to the CRB after checking. Other than the name and reference number, no copy of all or part of the information given is retained by APCS.
Disclosure information provided by the CRB to APCS is passed directly and immediately to the employer. No copy of all or part of the information disclosed is kept by APCS.
