How do I order overseas criminal record checks for my employees?
If your employees have previously lived or worked abroad, you might want to check out their criminal record overseas. APCS carry out checks for over 250 countries worldwide!
Step 2
Create a New Order, choosing the country and level of check. The level of overseas check can be a local, national, federal or state-wide. The level of overseas check is subject to what is available for each country.
Step 3
Choose whether you would like to use our faster overseas online form, or if you would like the applicant to fill in a paper form.
Step 4
Once you have filled in the applicants details, scan the form back to enquiries@accesspcs.co.uk. APCS accept payment via card or invoice.
Step 5
APCS will then carry out the overseas check on your behalf. When the check has been completed, you will receive the result certificate via email.

No, the checks are not carried out by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS), so they are not the equivalent of the UK DBS checks. They can be local or national level checks depending on your business requirements. You can select the level of check on our APCS order form.
